Mass housing developer 8990 Holdings Inc. has launched the first of 12 buildings in its P850 million medium-rise condominium complex Urban Deca Homes Campville near the central business district in Alabang.

The firm said it is set to complete and fully turn-over to homeowners the first of 12 buildings by August this year. The 12 medium rise four-storey buildings will have a total of 1,024 units for the project located at Km 23 East Service Road in Muntinlupa City.

The home financing package can either be through Pag-IBIG Fund or through 8990′s innovative in-house finance program that features an affordable reservation fee of P10,000.00 and no Equity.

Coupled with a low down payment and a monthly amortization that starts from P11,771.77, Urban Deca Homes Campville becomes one of the most accessible and affordable MRB housing projects in South Metro Manila today.

 Each unit measuring about 25 square meters will feature kitchen countertop, sink, overhead cabinets, tiled bathrooms with bath fixtures including shower, water closet, and lavatory with faucet. The painted and tiled finished units also include aluminum windows with clear glass.
